Turmeric is one of my favorite spices to use. From golden milk to curry, I swear I use it on almost everything. Turmeric has many anti-inflammatory properties. Curcuminoids are the compounds which give turmeric its health benefits. Turmeric is used in India and is gaining popularity worldwide for its benefits. Turmeric helps your body absorb antioxidants and has shown that it can help prevent heart disease and can help prevent brain diseases.
