Fall Keto Smoothie

This smoothie is a great fall or winter drink. It’s easy to customize and tastes amazing! 


  •  1 cup Frozen cauliflower
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds (this is 2.6 grams carbs)
  • 1-2 cups water depending on how thick you want your smoothie
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 inch ginger
  • Optional 1 Inch Turmeric 
  1. Add everything to the blender and blend until smooth

  3. For added protein try adding a clean no sugar pea or hemp protein! hemp protein has more fiber and pea protein is creamier and blends easier!
