This smoothie is a great fall or winter drink. It’s easy to customize and tastes amazing!
- 1 cup Frozen cauliflower
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds (this is 2.6 grams carbs)
- 1-2 cups water depending on how thick you want your smoothie
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 inch ginger
- Optional 1 Inch Turmeric
- Add everything to the blender and blend until smooth

- For added protein try adding a clean no sugar pea or hemp protein! hemp protein has more fiber and pea protein is creamier and blends easier!
